Safety Forum

Each month our safety officer, Capt Kent Bankhead, gives a safety briefing during one of the meetings. This briefing is required by AF Regulations and is one of the items that the AFLO looks for when he comes to visit annually. It is also required that everyone in the unit receives the safety briefing material each month. To help with the dissemination of this information, we have two resources in addition to attending the briefing in person.

  1. At each meeting there is a Safety notebook with all past briefings. You may review any briefings that you have missed, and then sign the book, or notify Capt Bankhead that you have reviewed the material.
  2. **NEW** We have a new online safety forum. Capt Bankhead will post the safety briefing material online. You may then review it at your convenience and then simply reply to the safety briefing. Capt Bankhead will automatically be notified when you reply.

In addition to the link in point number 2 above, the Safety Forum has also been added to the “Quick Links” menu at the top right of the squadron home page. It will also be added to the Safety page of the website. If you have any questions please e-mail to webadmin@chattanoogacap.info
